Who we are
Sentio Software Limited is a company in Auckland, New Zealand. We make Sentio, software for fitness and wellness studios. We follow the Privacy Act 2020.

This website
If you fill in the early-access form, we collect your name, your studio’s name, your email address and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to talk with you about Sentio. We do not sell them or use them for anything else, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking you first.
Framer hosts this website. It delivers the form to our email, which runs on Google Workspace, and it records basic, anonymous statistics about visits. Both may hold information outside New Zealand: Framer in the European Union and the United States, and Google around the world. Each protects it under its own safeguards.
We keep form messages only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry. Then we delete them.
When your studio uses Sentio
Sentio holds a studio’s customer, booking and payment information on the studio’s behalf. Under the Privacy Act, we act as the studio’s agent. The studio decides what information is collected and why, and its own privacy policy applies. If you have a question about your information, ask your studio first.
Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach Sentio.
We keep studios’ information secure, and we keep each studio’s data separate from every other studio’s. If something goes wrong, we tell the studio promptly.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Write to joshua@sentio.nz and we will reply within 20 working days.
If you are not happy with how we handle your request, you can complain to the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
